This stunning Premier 'Royal Ace' snare drum comes complete with 8 original cast lugs, Premier Die Cast hoops, Premier's parallel 'Floating Snare' system, original internal tone control, and original slotted t-rods included. The snare comes with two original sets of 'Double 10' snare wires which are in good condition.
The drum has been cleaned and serviced in house at Horny's Drums, it sounds incredible! The shell has a few minor scratches that can be seen in photographs that are much less noticeable in person, and purely cosmetic. Comes fitted with original double 10 strand snare wires (20 in total), an Evans Calftone batter head and Evans Resonant 300 snare side head.
The catalogue in the photos is from 1966, the Royal Ace snare is not photographed in a magazine with the sharper 1970s lugs that this snare has.
