We hold a 14-day no-quibble return guarantee here at Horny's Drums.

We want to make sure that you are picking the right gear for your needs, so our purchases come with a FREE refund guarantee.

Please keep in mind we cannot offer refunds on items that show signs of use and are returned in less than fully serviced and cleaned condition, with all original packaging, therefore THIS IS NOT VALID ON WEARABLES (such as drumsticks, drum heads, etc).

We are unable to accept returns of any custom made items designed to work together as a unique package, such as drums built to a customer’s personal specifications.

Exceptions may only be possible with prior agreement of the vendor, and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 15% minimum, providing the goods are in original stock condition.
