Shipping policy

Postage costs depend on the size and weight of the order. We do our best to reduce costs when possible, as well as keeping things as environmentally-friendly as we can! Our website automatically calculates shipping costs for our online orders. If you have any questions regarding this, let us know and we will be happy to help.

We make sure to dispatch every order as soon as possible:

• Same Day Dispatch, if placed before 10am.
• Next Day Dispatch, if placed after 10am.

Our couriers take weekends off, so any orders placed before dispatch time on a Friday will leave us the following Monday.

We normally use 48h services, in order to keep postage costs to a minimum, but faster options are available.
