This is an Premier 250 vintage bass drum pedal from the 1950's.
With it's solid single piece plastic footplate, dust-proof bearings and adjustable spring (that is rusted, however this is extremely common with these pedals and doesn't affect its usability).
This pedal comes with a vintage beater that has been well used.
