This stunning Ludwig Jazz Festival 14x5" snare drum in black marine pearl is both a stunning looks and sounding drum. The shell is made up of 3-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple with Maple reinforcement rings and internal 'Resa-cote' white coating.
The 8 'bowtie' lugs are all original, with superb chroming all round. The hoops are not original, and the strainer looks to have been modded to a newer P-85 black throw off (with no apparent extra holes).
Fitted with a partially used Remo Coated Ambassador batter head and Ambassador Hazy reso head, and 20-strand Titan wires.
