Here we have a beautiful Premier 13" rack tom from the 1970's. The drum is in very good condition, with Premiers thin 3-ply birch/poplar/birch shell with beech re-rings.
The drum is all original, including it's cast hoops, lugs, mount, internal muffler and tension rods, all with no pitting.
The wrap and shell itself are in amazing condition for it's age.
