This Chrome Over Brass (COB) beauty by Pearl is a stonker of a snare drum!
Made in Japan, this snare is built incredibly solidly. The shell is warm and musical, sounding great when cranked, medium tuned, or tuned nice and low. Stewart Copeland used the 14x5" version with The Police, and this is it's big brother!
Everything on the snare is original (minus the snare wires), and the strainer handle is whole (these usually snap, so this is a rarity!). The snare has been cleaned and serviced, and has a partially used Remo Ambassador coated head with plenty of life in it, and a brand new Code Genetic 3-mil reso head.
