This stunning Hofner Model 111 Hawaiian lap steel guitar, complete with two slides, finger picks, case and vintage 'The First Steps - How to Play the Hawaiian Steel Guitar' by Lew Stern.
From my research, these guitars were thought very highly of, and as you can see in the last picture, John Lennon can be seen playing (I believe) the same model in a studio setting.
The guitar itself is in great condition for it's age, and plays nicely. It is fitted with a Hofner Super pick-up, and has a modified lead to plug straight into an amp via jack lead (original lead end is included).
