One for the studio!
This beautiful Ajax Deluxe bass drum from the 1950's comes with original calf skin heads, which create low end like no other.
The 16 lugs on the drum are all original, and in great condition. All but 1 of the tension rods are all original (with some rusting), with one replacement T-rod.
The seams where the wraps meet are stuck down (see photos). The tom mount has been filled.
This thing sounds incredible, and in any studio would give a stunning, warm, round bass drum sound.
